1. Assign group roles: manager, administrator, coordinator, subject matter expert (me)
2. Do background research on the topic
3. Create initial problem statement
4. Create an objective tree
5. FInalize problem statement
6. Determine top three objectives & their units
7. Calculate MPIs based on objectives
8. Find materials that constantly ranked highest in different MPIs
9. Use a decision matrix to find the best material
10. Use Autodesk Inventor simulation to find the best thickness
